On a cold winter evening in Brighton my belly needed a bowl of ramen and Goemon did not disappoint. The noodles had the right amount of texture and the broth was obviously made with love. As a bonus, the staff are super welcoming and quite pleasant.
This is by far the most delicious Ramen you will ever eat. The broths are delicious, full of wonderful flavours and the Gyozas are beyond fresh! The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. You may have to Que at peak times by this is more than worth the wait. For those with smaller appetites this restaurant also offers smaller bowls of Ramen! Very generous portions.
Fantastic ramen bar, partner loved the ramen very much! The curry was delicious as well and Fantastic service. My partner has been to Japan and said it was very authentic! Would for sure come again, definitely a must try in Brighton lanes!
Easily the best ramen I’ve ever had, I got the spicy Tonkotsu. Definitely try the gyoza as well. Our service was also amazing everyone was extremely kind and willing to explain menu items. It was pretty cold in the restaurant but the ramen warmed us up.
Spotless - 5all the way If someone asks me where to eat in Brighton, Goemon is always the first place I recommend. Because the food there is absolutely unforgettable… because it’s better than many of the ramen spots in Japan that people line up for, because the customer service is so amazing that makes it feel so at home, because the price is absolutely reasonable…just wonderful !!
Amazing place, absolutely loved it! Great service and the food was served quickly. The broth was delicious and would recommend getting an extra egg, it has a sweet touch to it. The fried pork tasted really good as well. The staff speak Japanese.
There are often queues outside of this place and I can see why! This place serves fantastic ramen and other Japanese foods. The service is quick and polite and the food is authentic. As with ramen places in Japan, things are done swiftly, you'll likely be eating within 5 minutes. I would definitely come back and I would recommend you go as well!
As a big ramen fan, I can honestly say Goemon Ramen Bar served the best ramen I have ever had, hands down. The broth was so tasty and full of flavour, and it made for such a warm and hearty meal, perfect for a day out in Brighton. The restaurant itself is tucked away in the Brighton Lanes, giving it a cosy, hidden gem kind of feel. The staff were really kind and welcoming, and the service was seriously fast – our food came out within minutes. If you are in Brighton and love ramen, or even if you just want a comforting meal, I cannot recommend this place enough.
